All contributions tax deductible

In line with our no-kill policy, sick and injured dogs and cats are nursed back to health at SADS
rather than being destroyed as they may be elsewhere. This often involves expensive treatment
in the form of tests, surgery and medication — so vet bills are our single biggest expense.

We work with a number of wonderful vets who provide reduced rates and some pro bono work —
but even so, our vet bills are enormous. And at this time of year, seasonal probems like
kennel cough and cat flu make our bills worse than ever.
